Paxa Power!
This is a short post to let everyone know that all of the gear needed to get the Paxa’s solar and battery power plant operational has arrived. Installation has begun - thanks, LCC!
Of course, the current state of affairs made it more stressful than an Australian installation…Shane sent a message through: “Just thought I'd write and ask for some prayer. It's been pretty crazy here with all the attacks lately. Such long periods of time with air raid sirens, and the attacks are just constant. We hear them. They keep us awake at night with the sirens and explosions. The lack of sleep. The difficulty of just doing life. No banks are open, few shops, no post. We were supposed to get our batteries today, but it's been an air raid since 4.30 am till now. When the air raids are on, things close down. We're also in limbo with our residency documents, needing to get them moved along, but nothing is open. Would really love your prayer support.”
After that message arrived from Shane, my wife and I prayed for the Paxas, and the next day Shane sent me some photos of the batteries for their sun-powered power plant! The panels had arrived earlier (in September), so it is now a matter of installing, testing and commissioning.
Solar Power!
Thanks, everyone at LCC, for your support and generosity. In a week or so, if there’s a break from air raids, the system will be installed and operational.
