Serving in the Venue Team
At LCC North Lakes, we believe that creating a welcoming and well-prepared space helps people feel at ease and ready to engage with what God is doing. The Venue Team plays a key role in making sure our services run smoothly from start to finish.
This team focuses on the practical and logistical side of Sundays, working behind the scenes to prepare the venue, support the service flow, and reset the space afterwards. If you enjoy organisation, teamwork, and helping things run well, this could be a great place for you to serve.
Venue Team roles include:
Service Coordinator: Oversees the flow of the service, helps troubleshoot any issues, and supports the team on the day.
Assembly Leader: Leads and coordinates venue setup prior to the service.
Pack Down: Helps pack down the auditorium and reset the space after the service.
No previous experience is required. Training and support are provided, and you’ll be part of a team that works closely together each week.
