Serving in LCC Youth

Life Centre Youth exists to help young people encounter Jesus, grow in faith, and belong in meaningful Christian community. Our leaders play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming environment where relationships can flourish and discipleship can happen naturally through connection, conversation, and consistency.

Being part of the Life Centre Youth team means showing up with intention,  investing in relationships, serving alongside others, and partnering together to make Friday nights a place where youth feel known, valued, and encouraged in their walk with God. Leaders are involved across the whole night, from hang time and big group time to small group discussion, prayer, and pack down.

We believe healthy ministry flows from healthy leaders. Youth leaders are encouraged to stay connected to their own faith, community, and support networks and to serve as part of a team. Training, guidance, and ongoing support are provided to help leaders grow in confidence and effectiveness.
